Endocrinology is the diagnosis and treatment of disorders involving the endocrine system which is a system in the human body that controls hormones. Made up of different glands, the Endocrine system produces Secrete hormones, acting as messengers responsible for controlling the different bodily functions i.e. metabolism, reproduction, respiration, blood sugar regulation, growth and sensory perception.
