Dietetics

Diet and nutrition play a key role in health. Whether that’s in terms of eating to help manage or prevent illness, dealing with conditions that impact digestion and gut function – such as inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome and coeliac disease – or adapting your diet following cancer treatment or gastrointestinal surgery.

Why choose Hadley Wood?

Hadley Wood Hospital’s dietitian has a wealth of expertise and experience across a wide range of health conditions.

We understand that diet and nutrition is not ‘one size fits all’ and that every individual’s needs can be different. We also appreciate that conditions relating to food and gut health can have a significant impact on a physical, practical and psychological level.

Our aim is to provide a personalised approach, tailored to suit your individual needs, in a relaxed and supportive setting.

Consultations

For us, the consultation is a key part of the patient journey. We are committed to ensuring all patients feel fully informed about their options and what any procedures or treatment plans entail, and supporting you in making the right decision for you.

Aftercare

Most of our dietetics treatments are delivered on an outpatient basis – but aftercare is still very important to us. We will ensure you are fully equipped with all the advice and information you need following any consultations or treatment, and follow-ups can be arranged to help monitor progress and ensure your treatment plan is working for you. Should you need any further advice, we are only ever a phone call away.

Pricing

We welcome both self-paying patients and those covered by private health insurance. For further information and to discuss pricing and payment options, contact our referrals team on 0207 3177 7751 or rf-tr.privateenquiries@nhs.net.
